Yep you're right. The .21 high hit in about the same time frame as NOT hit 7.43. I remember it explicitly, as I sold out at .20.

Everyone has huge hopes that NOT will attain a 10 dollar price at some time in the near future. If you use the appropriate ratios, it puts SPQ at .28.
