I see a merger, a consolidated share structure and control of Bid Daddy. Control of the resource either calls for a new revised bid closer to actual value or a step away from buying - I do not see that as an option. I also do not think we will get to a control stage as Cliff will just up their bid to take it over. Not before raising s%#t with their stink bid which history has shown us they are very good at. Step one was to make a low ball offer and this is where we are.

Neil say we have 40M tons at 8%. Anyone want to take a guess at what value we are talking about? Fair to say it is more then .13 cents?
