GHDC previously "borrowed" money from SFMI in the form of SFMI shares to pay the grotesquely inflated and undeserved salaries of PQ and clan (their GHDC salaries, not the separate SFMI salaries), probably because at the time they were already bumping up against the limit of how many GHDC shares were authorized. Maybe this is some form of paying back the money owed to SFMI by GHDC, or maybe it's just another gouge of the shareholders by PQ.
