Everyone knows that even though SFMI is an American company, to be internationally recognized the Cnd 43-101 has become an international standard to validate any mine claim, worldwide. So once SFMI has validated its claim with this recognized document, the Company can list on the International mining exchange known as the Toronto exchange, attract new source of investors and also be able to attract financing as needed from international institutional investors, which to date has been out of reach for SFMI without this document.

And no, they are planning on listing on the TSX anytime soon, but they are in pursuit of financing.
