So ? do we get our day in court after all ?

SFMI has a chance to challenge and the previous judgement is suspended, that means no sherrif sale ? the hyenas over on the other board will be very unhappy !

So that also means Bill Earl can be sued ? whatever happened to the predudice ruling by the judge ?

Someone with a better ability to fathom these rulings should comment
