Is it me or it appears like PQ has snubbed his nose at shareholders?

I feel like PQ is saying I can do anything I want, take it or leave it.

He awards himself all those shares and he can’t even spend a few dollars to give us PR’s monthly.

We are already in the month of May and the stock is barely above sub penny.
