I don't see how PQ or the rest of the BOD wins without making the sp appreciate greatly from these levels. His shares as well as the rest of the insiders shares are worth zilch unless they get friendly financing terms. I believe there is a good chance of this happening and it has NOTHING to do with the NY crew.
