Drilling is top priority at this time. Increasing the recovery rate is important. Giving Carpe DM time to get the word out and bring new investors is important. The N43 -101 isn't on top of my list. Proving the mountain is..

At this time, to bring on a new BOD means more money needed. Let's get the share price up over .20 cents then talk about a new BOD, replacement for DQ. Unless the new BOD comes on at no cost to the shareholders.
