The reality is that the first round of fund raising is for 3 million dollars and as soon as SFMI has secured 1.5 million they will proceed with the drilling plan. So far the initial 1.5 million has not been secured so the uncertainty continues.

When, if, the initial drill cores show signs of precious metals more fund raising will be sought and is expected to be easier to attain because the proof of riches will be in the drill cores.
