I hope you have shares in both companies. Just think if GHDC isn't sold off and SFMI merges or sells out to a major producer.

If you have GHDC shares..the company will be receiving $83,000 a month plus royalties on certain claims. Easy money for just sitting with nothing to do and no debt.

Then the company expands and files claims in other parts of the country or outside the country or possibly pays dividends at lets say 10 cents a share per year. JMHO....

I have had GHDC for as long as SFMI...going on 3 yrs. I have twice the number of SFMI shares to GHDC.

I strongly believe Allen Simon is our Wizard from OZ to deliver us down the Yellow Brick road.
