You mean after being told for a year that production at the Melba mill was imminent, that initial grades at the Diamond Creek mill were 0.75 oz, that the waste ore was 4 oz/t (personally, to my face at the SHM), NOT being told for two years that the mill was running at 20% recovery, and after being told by PQ that permitting for the cyanide circuit is "underway" that "underway" according to the permitting office doesn't include having submitted the permit, that wondering about the true state of the blasting permit is "paranoid"? I'd say it's learning from experience.
