Recycling that zombie claim that won't die about Bissell and New Visions retaining 70% of 71 of the orignal 174 acres? That has been brought up before (usually by quoting the same bull crap post from ihub) and refuted (completely shredded) every time. Those "quotes" you say are from the filing? They aren't. They are from that BS post, not from any filing. And even the "quotes" in that BS post that are supposedly from the filing have a lot of nonsense inserted into them- they are not quotes, they are lies.
Here are the facts: Of the 174+ acres of claims originally obtained by Bissell and New Vision, 103 acres were 100% ownership. Of the remaining 71 acres, Bissell and New Vision only acquired 29%. They never had 100% ownership of those claims. Their full ownership (29%) was transferred to GHDC. They didn't retain 70% ownership, because they never had it. Bissell and New Vision retained nothing but their royalty. The remaining 70% is owned by unknown descendents of the original claim owners from the 1800s. And that is something anyone who has read the filings should know.
From SFMI's latest 10K, p. 8 (bolding added)
"GoldLand is not the sole owner of seven of the patented claims that we lease from GoldLand, and instead owns only 29.166% of the claims. The remaining 70.834% of the patented claims are owned by a large number of descendants of the original parties that obtained the patent rights to the mining claims. We are in the process of trying to identify and acquire or lease the remainder of ownership of these mining claims."
