Notice Jim Sinclair's last sentence regarding financing of mining property. Any comments relative to SFMI's going forward financing plans?

Jim Sinclair: No I don’t because the development of a property is not equity based. It’s based in asset loan. The lenders for these types of projects are quasi-government organizations and certain banks that specialize in it. The property is the collateral. And, the payoff period, capacity of the asset will determine the attraction of the loan. No major development of a mining property takes place based on equity financing because it would dilute the stockholders too much.
