Two shipments of 1500 oz of 65% Au expected by year end would be more than $3M. 15% of that would buy over 6 million shares at today's prices. That will certainly have an effect on the share price. And one shipment a month would be 36 million shares over a year- although I don't expect that amount of shares to be available at anywhere near the present price.

As far as going out and telling people to buy, I would be careful. Aside from the legal ramifications of giving investment advice or promoting stock, there are also personal problems that can arise. It doesn't take more than one recommendation to a friend or relative going bad to learn that giving such advice is not always wise.
