I asked PQ about a buyout offer if Barrick, Vale or another big mining producer approached him.

He said most likely they would buy both companies at the same time. Why would Barrick want to pay lease and royalty payments to GHDC.

PQ did say..I am a businessman, at the right price I would sell.

Also, someone told me they brought up the same scenario to Scammell. He said...why would you put in on GHDC, SFMI is where the money is.

The 43101 will be filed under SFMI..so SFMI will end up being SFMI.TSX

GHDC won't be listed on the TSX.
