Thanks to everyone for your candid answers and taking the time to go to the meeting and share your opinions and facts learned.

To those who thought nasty personal messages were in order all I can say is good luck to you.

My next concern is how much dilution, and how many shares did we need to give to the new members of SFMI to come on board? Is it one time or is it yearly like RS?

Is anyone afaid of heavy dilution for the next few years until SFMI is profitable and then a 10 for 1 split or something of that nature, hurting the longs and rewarding those who jump in at the last possible minute?
