Silver Falcon Mining

Someone please ask Pierre in front of others or in front of RS, with the hiccup from the LOC, why would you not want to go into a joint venture with lets say the Arabs in Abu Dhabi or Scorpio Mining to get the Falcon flying at the height and speed it should be flying???????????????
