I don't see how it can't be. Idaho is one of the top most business friendly states in the Union. We have RS on board sitting on his shares and a revenue stream that will be coming after the smelter is completed. Drilling reports are on the way...hopefully sooner than later. Don't forget the 15% buyback plan and at this pps, SFMI can get more shares back into the treasury.

I just don't see how this stock can fail from what I have read and heard.
