Silver Falcon Mining

I assume that the employee stock will be used to hire some new people. I've seen complaints about not having "mining people" on board, but I assume someone there must know what they are doing. Otherwise, building a mill and getting to production in less than a year is even more amazing. Even though they may not have "mining people" on staff, I assume that the contractors that have been doing most of the work (SFMI had very few employees up until recently) included people with mining/mill experience. For example, I'm sure that the company they have contracted the exploration and confirmation work out to has geos on staff (as well as field techs and drilling people). Still, I agree that it would be nice to have more mining people on staff- and on the BOD.
