The TSX (Toronto Stock Exchange) is the major Canadian stock exchange, like the NYSE in the US. It's also where many mining companies are listed, even US based ones. In the US, that will be indicated with their symbol followed by .to, as in tmb.to. There's also the Canadian junior venture exchange, with symbols followed by .v The venture exchange is where a lot of junior miners are listed. Listing on the TSX is a major move up in credibility and exposure.
