That is good news about the restricted shares being locked up for another year.....hope RK knows what he is talking about.

I am confused about "financing in place and included in the OS shares of 140mil", comment from RK. If it is in place, why did the money not show up in the filing. In my mind you either show (in the filing) more money on hand or .....less OS shares. Anybody out there have a handle on this?
