I just checked sedar and it looks like the Form of Proxy, management information circular and the notice of meeting are now available.

I wonder how they are going to deal with the split as it will likely require concensus of the shareholders. Are we in for a long process here and does that also mean no drilling in the meantime (guyana, not canada)?
