Stabroek news has alot of info regarding goings on in Guyana. The link below has a nice story about Sardine hill, its history, Shoreham's attempt to get a definitive agreement and the problemwith a presidential advisor named Odinga Lumumba.

Looks like Shoreham hasn't completed the agreement yet.
