I know this is simple but: SGR gets $50M guaranteed to continue to explore and produce; they have reduced production guidance to achievable levels, they will likely get new and more value focused board members as a result; they won't be diluted for a period of time because the 8% rate is a deterient to early conversion and; if it was not for the POG today we probably would be seeing the sp climbing through the 0.40's towards fifty. Imo, of course.
