They will now be funded for the next 12 months with the bought deal DB and can always adjust their expected Cap X depending on their cash flowfrom operations. Regarding Goodman are thinking he would be buying most of the DB in order to gain control of the assets in a worst case scenario? My guess CIBC and Scotia will be selling this DB to their retail clients on the basis of the 8% yield with upside on the conversion.

Regarding the long term price of gold, most understand the secular bull market is not broken. This has been a terrible week for gold with China away and those that want to keep gold down are having an easy time of it.
