"applaud them" ! do you not realize the damage done to SGR's reputation and the stock chart ! This will be a show me stock for a very long time. No broker is going to recommend SGR to any clients and us little retail guys couldn't buy enough shares to offset those who want to sell. If they need to raise more capital are you going to appaud them for the low issue price and high dilution?
They should have reduced guidance for 2012 in Q3 or Q4. After the ball mill failure would have been the best time to scale it back.
They have done nothing to slow or stop the fall in share price. The could have announced a share buy back program long ago even if they had little desire to buy many back. Also, all the money they spent in the last few years drilling hasn't done much for the 43-101, you want to appaud them for that too ?
This assault on the share price all the way down to $.35 could have been prevented however George is clearly irresponsible with the "general" shareholders and only responsible to whom ever really hired him.
