I agree they at least need to make a statement about their cash position, current positive cash flow and opportunities to reduce or defer cash expenditures. Also their production forecasts where preliminary and that they are under review by the BofD.

Personally, I don't believe they have a current cash crisis and we are getting sold down by a bunch of whores who want to help us out by raising money at very low prices.
