The BOD needs to put out a statement as to the wtf situation that is going on. By the end of the day, close to 10%(33 million shares) of the float will have been traded in the last 3 days below 50 cents. A company just doesn't sell off to this magnitude for the reasoning the analysts gave. Every company in SGR's peer group has free cash flow and capex issues. This is ridiculous.
