The upside to this is will G let Agnico walk away with Rubicon. Rubicon has a huge redlake land package. Either way this will take Rubicon out of the picture and leaves SGR as prime take over for the loser because if G takes a run at RMX and agnico loses they will have a ton of extra cash having bought these shares at $3.23.
