IMO the last month has made it clear that the BOD should have spent more money on exploration and pumped up the SP before they started spending so much on developement. Everyone was talking about the "Hinges" a year ago and they could have done more exploration drilling and less developement. That is easy to say now that the POG and markets have played out the way they have. However I am starting to think that they were listening to a little too much Prector and not enough Bob Hoye. The 2008 crash just about took them out and IMHO I think they decided that the sooner they got some production revenue going the less dependent they would be on market capital.
