Recently most of the criticism has been directed towards Dale and now with the new CEO even more blame is being directed his way. When I first bought into SGR I was being sold that Rick B. was some super banker that was always working behind the scenes at the trade shows etc. From what Bill Harris said on BNN it would appear that Rick Boulay is the one that screwed up.
