San Gold Corporation

A while back I thought the Company should be able to sustain an all-in cost of produicng an ounce of gold at about US $600.00.

But with recent Company cost disclosures I believe the figure will be closer to US$900.00, with a blend of SAM gold, Hinge, 007 and ore from the other, more recent, promising discoveries.

Allowing for the 1001, never ending production problems that always seem to plague underground mining operations, especially with inexperienced, not-sure-what-to-do-next managment, I think we really need the POG to increase to the $1500 level and stay there.

But what I really pray for is to have a major mining Company come in and buy us out.

I think our guys are in over their heads. The time has come to pass the baton.

Unless.......unless all of this mumbling and stumbling and bumbling and fumbling is all a plan.......a plan to get the weak hands to fold. Could it be that simple ?
