went to the local Bank of Nova Scotia ( I do not have any type of account with them) and tried to buy a gold Maple Leaf. I also brought enough cash ( Canadian fiat currency)to pay for the gold coin. The process is something like buying fertilizer and not being a farmer; it would have been easier to buy drugs. Needless to say when asked for my S.I.N. number I refused and there went my shopping spree. Wonder if SGR has considered selling 1 oz. coins the way some silver companys do. I won't mention the silver company's name here as I am at the extreme of being off topic; but if you wish to know in box me.
