16.4 RECONCILIATION OF HINGE PRODUCTION (2009) AND GEOEX RESOURCE ESTIMATES
In 2009, 56,052 tons of Hinge ore were milled and 16,052 ounces of gold were recovered. Assuming 20% dilution,
95% mine recovery and 93% mill recovery, this represents 45,000 tons of in-situ, undiluted resource grading 0.38
ounces of gold per ton. In the Author’s opinion the material milled establishes a reasonable estimate of the average
grade of the Hinge mineralization along its strike length over a vertical distance of approximately 500 feet.
The Author’s measured plus indicated resource estimates for the Hinge average 0.39 ounces of gold which correlates
well with the average in-situ grade of material milled during 2009.............................once enough development allows for more production, San can increase their tonage ( oz ) substntialy, just a 1000 tn a day for 250 days would fetch near 75,000 oz alone.........Long On The GoldenFairWay..Traps7
