Also, You would think some of the larger gold miners might consider creating their own ETF shares backed by, specifically, numbered gold ingots stored by the company.THe gold could be from its own production, before final refining, and priced accordingly. There must be signifigant additional profit from selling ETF shares, if you don't have to buy the gold on the open market.
