I am not certain but I believe many of the rules industry agencies have are nothing more than policy, they are not laws and there is no real "punishment or sanction" for violating them. On the other hand agencies like SEDAR are not a regulatory body at all, a company pays them for the privilege of putting ducumentation there for the public to access. It is also possible that where there is a punishment or sanction for violations that reporting is being done on time. It just isn't getting to us at the same time.

Check the "Library Links" button and you will see that the reporting of significant information and other items is nothing more than policy. It appears the more arrogant, incompetent or lazy a company is, the more they will get away with.
