But this time we have a "bookend" in the form of a loan coming due in August. So "something" significant has to happen before that. Probably well in advance of that.

I think Don has enough chips to play with this time so that disaster scenarios can be ruled out - at least in my mind. I think there are enough chips in his stack so that he can give us another nice surprise, as we have had occasionally had in the past.
