Thanks Torpedo for sharing....that "we lost that one" remark by DM bugs my posterior.  He needs to disclose what happened imo.....that wasn't presented as an expectation using safe harbour protected and forward looking language, it was presented as fact, as in "WE WILL ANNOUNCE".  The CEO of a public company needs to be very careful about the wording used in both written and verbal communications.  

I said before that I considered it a slam dunk, barring any unreasonable circumstances.....I want to know what caused them to lose this deal, I want to know if it was something a reasonable person could be expected NOT to foresee.
