 Hey General, I get why you feel choked about the way they state the reasoning for the DSU's but there has always been a share based compensation component to RVX which has always, to my recollection, been based roughly on the same parameters. Previous RSU's and options had the same rough maximums and I don't think the company ever really approached them but I could be wrong here.  I actually don't think Eastern would actually ever let this get out of hand as it would be somewhat dilutive to them.  JMO.  As far as the vote goes I don't really think it matters what we think as it is likely a done deal and I agree with others that think the RPS issue, also tied to the vote, will make selling all or parts of RVX easier down the road.
