I don't know it to be true. But it is a possibility that they long-ago used the wrong yardstick and now are attempting to "fix" it. That's possible too, not sure.
But - if true - that would ignore the rights of RVX shareholders being (potentially) being transferred to Zenith without payment (at least as far as we know at this time). That messes up the different rights of various types of shareholders, potentially. I don't think you can (should?) do this in a manner that is unfair to all or some.
I wonder why two Board members abstained. I'd like to know if it has anything to do with this issue. Again, I don't know but it raises the question.
