I have learned to not cover too much in one post because it makes it too easy for you to perform.

I asked what R of A did for the five years between the two filings and your answer was:

"Nothing went on with Rock of Angels. The filing remained active during that time (the $50/yr fees were paid) but the company conducted no business."

So tell me, which of the five are you: a federal employee in Cincinatti, a member of the SEC, a friend of Al's, an ex-employee of R of A or R of A's registered agent?

There is no way you could be anything else and accurately supply the answer you did.

We know how R of A started and ended based on public filings, but only one of the five above would know what took place during the other years.

Which are you, or are you just deciding on your own nothing happened?
