330,000 net acres * $5000/acre = 1,650,000,000

1,650,000,000/220,000,000M O/S = $7.50 per share

Then add another $1 for other property and cash, and you'd be looking at $8.50. The key to get that valuation is drilling and then the final go ahead from the government with regulations etc.
