Sebastian,

That's a great question and one that we've all talked about before. It is really anyones guess. There have been a lot of shale acquisitions and the reason why is that there aren't really anymore top shale plays left in the country. Now QEC/TLM were the only ones targeting the utica shale and we never had any other companies in the states...but recently Chesepeake said there shale of 1.2M acres is worth $20B. Having them prove up what the utica is capable of will definitely add to our credibility of the play. We've already had amazing commercial results. Once things get rolling in Quebec and the politics have been removed, then we'll see some interest from others. I think it will take at least a dozen wells before a company decides to drop some mad coin. You get bet though that the offers will be there as it moves on as Quebec economically is a solid place to drill and has the backing to Gaz Metro to distribute with all that pipeline.

One note as Jason told me before. If an offer was made that was accepted, the would look to sell the entire company and not just the Quebec play, as it would mean huge tax implications to the company.
