Hello everybody and thanks for an excellent forum I been enjoying reading for quite some time. I am located is Oslo and contribute a little bit on the forum StckTalk in Norway.

So to the report, I have not read it but as I understand it is a bit confusing and unclear.

Why do the government release a report on 320 pages that they will build there decision upon without a single word, leaving to all this speculation and uncertainty.
