QEC was very clever to focus activity on commerciality of its "Incredible Gas In Play" (IGIP) Utica Shale in St. Lawrence Lowlands.

So, they delayed drilling operations in their other (promising) lands, and so they have in cash Usd 46,5 Millions !!!

And no debt.

So, it seems unprobable some kind of private placement of new shares in the short term!
