I get a current share value of $ 1.18 per share based on an $ 84 EV/oz and estimated $ 50 million left in the till. That's what Trelawny sold to IAMgold and the average $ 84 EV/oz in PDG's latest presentation. But most acquisitions are based on a premium to the current 30 day weighted share price average, so that's why my estimate is below a buck. It sucks but thats the way it works. Think of a tree with the more favoured birds(investors) nearer the top. Retail like us are perched on the bottom branch with senior company officers above us and major shareholders above them. Don't look up and keep your mouth closed. This is just speculation on my part anyways while we wait for the press release, whenever that may occur.
