If the financing is now closed, as suspected; it could take a few to several days for all legal documents to be finalized and exchanged between parties. Then the financing package gets sent to the TSX for final approval which can take a few or several days, if no glitches. Might possibly see a NR on this sometime around ( before or after) mid Feb. Then look for other PEM news sometime soon thereafter.
