Opinions from the board please

Are the facility upgrades in Singapore meant to replace "Wavetek" for manufacturing ?

Or are they aimed at speeding up R&D and prototyping prior to large scale manufacturing ?

Or are they for the manufacturing of Denselights current product line ?

Or some combination thereof ?
