Is it possible that the VCSEL problems have been rectified and they are simply not talking  yet ,,, you know,, NDA s ,,stealth mode,, quiet period ,, etc... ??  When the VCSEL becomes optimised they would consider that to be material news and let the world know then.. Wishful thinking on my part as per usual...
