So after adding 30+% dilution and slashing the shareprice by a third, we 'replace' DL executives. We bought a company at the doors of bankruptcy  that was at it for decades without making a dime. Is it a great surprise? Push the goal of cash flow positive down the road. Like I said, I couldn't care less about DL.
